Fixed my Atypical cycles

I had been having a lot of issues around my cycle, prompting my doctor to have me download an app to track my cycles and phases in more detail than the normal period tracker apps. We noticed my cycle had an abnormal amount of variation and, of course, this was causing some issues with my body. After about 3-4 months of using this cycle support tea I got my first regular menstrual cycle! Now I have had 6 consecutive normal cycles and the hormonal craziness has 85% subsided. Yay!

Life changing tea

I’ve always struggled the first couple days of my period with cramps and heavy flow, but a couple years ago I started getting extreme mood swings and horrible pms. I wanted desperately to find a natural solution before I had to go back on birth control(which wreaked havoc on my entire system for months). I found FLTC in a Google search and immediately bought a 2 month supply of this tea blend. I wanted to really give it time to see if it would help me. I started drinking 1 cup every day. I got my period 2 weeks later and actually was shocked when I started because I had ZERO pms leading up to it! I still feel worse the first couple days of my cycle, but I’m still able to go to work and do my daily routine! My mood is SO much better! It has really balanced my hormones in general and I notice the difference everyday of the month, and so does my family!
