Frequently Asked Questions

Steep 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves in 8 oz of nearly boiling filtered water for 2-4 minutes. Enjoy hot, cold, or with some honey! Careful not to oversteep this blend, as it can become extremely bitter!

White tea, or Pai-Mu-Tan, is a minimally processed variety from the Camellia sinensis plant. Its swift harvest and drying preserve its delicate flavor and high antioxidant content, distinguishing it from more processed teas like green, oolong, and black.

White Chai, a delicate blend featuring subtle spices and a white tea base, offers a refined chai experience with lower caffeine content. This elegant variety contrasts with the bolder Masala Chai, which uses black tea for a more intense flavor and higher caffeine kick. These distinct chai options cater to diverse taste preferences and energy needs.

Mild and pleasant

Light flavor, light color, lighter caffeine: what's not to like? I like to add a *light* dusting of additional ginger. Will reorder.

Delicious blend!

I love the White Chai! The flavor is delicious and very smooth. I brewed it fairly strong so that I could add walnut milk. I’ve been very happy with all of my teas so far, and the White Chai is no exception!

Thank you so much for making this chai without pepper!

I cannot remember if I submitted a revew in the past. I wanted to jump in and say how much I love this chai tea. I cannot have pepper due to reflux, and most chais contain it. Don't change a thing! It is saving me and giving this former coffee drinker just enough to get going.

Light Style Chai

Lighter style chai for those that want a lower caffeine level, but still has lots of flavor.
