Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water


Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

I bought this tea for my son. He has frequent and terrible migraines. He really enjoys the tea and says he has been able to decrease the medication he takes. His health should improve since he has been taking less medication. I'm so glad I found this tea and it is really helping him.

Delicious, but not a miracle cure

This tea tastes so good! And I think that when I have a migraine starting, drinking a cup helps calm it down a bit along with pain relievers. However, I didn’t notice a huge difference in frequency or severity when taking this daily. What ultimately helped with my migraines, fellow migraine sufferers, was being treated by a neurologist and being prescribed a preventative and abortive- life changing.
