Matcha can also be added to smoothies, baked goods, and many other recipes. This superfood will give any recipe a boost!

Add 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder to 4 oz nearly boiling temperature water

Whisk until matcha is dissolved into the water and drink immediately.

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

A Nice Smooth Matcha

When prepared properly this matcha gives a smooth frothy drink with little to no bitterness. Use soft water and a cast iron kettle to heat the water and there will be no bitterness. Very satisfying.

The BEST matcha

This is hands down the best matcha I’ve ever had. It’s silky. It’s earthy. It’s robust. It’s grassy. It’s fruity. It’s so delicious. I splurged on the 1/2lb bag when it was 30% off and I have loved every morning I get up and have a fresh cup of matcha.

Don’t Sneeze!

I tell my friends, Ceremonial and Organic Premium Matcha Tea is so refined that if you sneeze while preparing it, you will lose it. I don’t use it for the taste, I use it for what it does. The benefits you get are totally worth it. I am 72 and it helps my memory so that I can do a “One Man Play!” Yard work is a breeze. At 72 I just shoved six (6) tons of gravel in my driveway up hill 50 feet. And manually mowed the lawn the next day! I have been ordering it from The Full Leaf Tea Company for close to 10 years now. So I swear by it and them!!!
