Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Blood pressure tea

This tea is a very delicious full flavored tea. I am not sure how it will affect my blood pressure because I've only steeped it a few times for consumption. But hopefully it will improve my health.
