Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water


Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

Great tea!

Recent purchase, so far very happy with this tea. Nice mild taste (not too strongly “herbal”) and it has definitely been soothing to drink in my recent travels abroad when jet lag and not enough sleep usually contribute to migraine. I would recommend it!
